I started my career much like anyone else in technology. What changed my path was a simpler pull: I was more excited by why something needed to be built than by building it. That question led me toward business stakeholders, delivery teams, and eventually, to program management.

Over 17 years, I've led digital transformation across Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, and Media. Not as a specialist in any one domain, but as someone who believes that the skills of a great program manager travel well across industries.

As COO of Headrun Technologies, I played a crucial role in building the team to 85 professionals, sustained client relationships for up to 15 years, and led compliance certifications (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001) that put governance at the center of how we work.

What motivates me every day is purpose: knowing the work of a project team will eventually impact many lives. My proudest achievements aren't projects. They are the people I've worked alongside, and what they've gone on to do.

Led program delivery for a rural commerce platform across engineering, operations, and compliance. Led delivery for Tesco's large-scale JDA Intactix migration across the UK store network. Coordinated 40+ onshore and offshore stakeholders through multi-phase testing cycles. Spent 3 months onsite in the UK partnering with Space, Range, and Display business teams. Delivered a supply chain replenishment tracking platform and designed a lead-time framework that improved planning predictability across Tesco's store network.

Won Project of the Year at Miebach Global, Germany.

Boston-based Media & Entertainment Org

OTT Content & Metadata Platform

End-to-end delivery of a catalog aggregation and deep-linking platform across NA and EU markets on web, iOS, and Android. All milestones met across a 1.5-year engagement.

Client was subsequently acquired by a major media corporation.

People-First Leadership

Taking care of your team is what drives the best project outcomes, not the other way around. This has been my operating principle since my first management role. My advice to any aspiring PM: "Take care of the team, and they will deliver the best outcomes for the project."

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

From coordinating 40+ onshore and offshore stakeholders at Tesco to managing distributed teams across India, to being invited into a client's own governance calls, working across geographies, time zones, and functions is a constant, comfortable thread in my career.

Root-Cause Problem Solving

I invest the time to understand why a problem exists before deciding how to fix it. Quick fixes resurface as the same issue in a different form. This discipline protects long-term delivery integrity and has been a differentiator across every engagement I've led.
